A Morning of Hatha Yoga
& an afternoon focusing on the use of sound
and Tibetan Singing Bowls
Saturday November 22nd 2008
- full day open to all yoga practitioners and those interested or new to yoga
Venue: Rixton with Glazebrook Village Hall, Rixton with Glazebrook, near
Warrington
Tutors: Ann Wilks from Newcastle-under-Lyme and Graham Baker.
Time : 10 am arrivals for a 10.30 start to 4pm
Ann will be taking a morning session of Hatha yoga and Graham will be bringing
his Tibetan singing bowls in the afternoon. Graham encourages you to bring your
bowl ( if you have one) and discover why you chose that particular sound.
Cost: £8 for CYTA members and £10 for non members
Bring: Your own lunch and /or purchase soup & bread , and salad, as well as
various warm drinks at lunchtime.
Non slip mat for Hatha yoga ( or carpet/ rug), small blanket or wrap for
relaxation.
Parking: Is free, and there is a large car park at the rear of the building
Tickets: available on the door or from Sue Hargreaves (CYTA Sec) Crab Lane
