SPRING INTO FITNESS – A DAY OF YOGA

The seminar will be followed by the AGM for CYTA members

Tutor to be confirmed.

Please bring;

• A non-slip rug for posture work
• A rug/blanket for relaxation
• Lunch (if not purchasing from us on the day)

CYTA Members, £10.00 full day /£5.00 half day (pre-booked)
